Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as at 31 March 2026, the Company's issued share capital comprised 452,875,390 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"). Of these Shares, there are 11,978,468 held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 March 2026 is 440,896,922.

The figure 440,896,922 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
