Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 11 December 2025, Mr S Kesterton, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired 4,909 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at an acquisition price of £0.55 per Share, following the exercise of options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme after the end of the three-year savings period.
