Notifications of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 15 December 2025, the following PDMRs acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan offered in respect of the Company's final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025 (the "DRIP").
