Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
26 January 2022: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces that it was notified on 25 January 2022 of the following share transaction undertaken by John Mewett, CEO Screwfix (PDMR).
John exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Plan. John exercised a total of 28,060 options and sold 13,500 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. The remaining 14,560 shares were retained.
The PDMR notification below, which is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail of the notifiable transaction.
