Update of Euro Medium Term Note Programme
The following Offering Circular has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Offering Circular dated 24 July 2020 (the "Offering Circular") relating to the update of the Company's and Kingfisher Group Finance B.V.'s €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Offering Circular incorporates by reference the auditors' report and audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for each of the financial year ended 31 January 2020, and the financial year ended 31 January 2019.
