Keystone Law (AIM:KEYS), the network and tech-enabled challenger law firm, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2023 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, hard copies of which have previously been circulated to shareholders by post, are available from the investor relations section of the Company's website. 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday 4th July 2023 at 48 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1JF.

Details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM.
