Total Voting Rights
Conforming with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules") provision 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market that, as at 31 December 2015, its issued share capital consisted of 31,860,365 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, following the exercise of 65,868 options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme.
The above figure of 31,860,365 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
