Repurchase of Shares, Directorate Change and Holdings in Company

 

Further to its announcement on 28 October 2020, Kape Technologies plc (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, confirms that it has completed the purchase of the existing and to be issued equity interests in the Company of Andrew Lee and Steven DeProspero. TR-1 notifications for Messrs Lee and DeProspero are set out at the end of this announcement.

 

Accordingly, with effect from today's date, Ted Kim has stepped down as Non-Executive Director, but will remain with the Company in his role leading Kape's North American operations.
