The following amendment has been made to the Total Voting Rights announcement released on 1 November 2018 at 10:36 a.m. under RNS 0300G. In the below release, the corrected figure provided for Kape's total voting rights is 142,219,918. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Total Voting Rights

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 148,496,073 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 4,476,155 Ordinary Shares in treasury, following the transfer of 285,530 Ordinary Shares out of treasury to satisfy the exercise of options by Kape employees and the transfer of 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares out of treasury to the Kape Technologic plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). As the voting rights for the 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares transferred out of treasury to the EBT have been waived, the total number of voting rights in Kape is now 142,219,918, which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kape Technologies plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
