Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, announces that it was informed on 20 March 2019 by Unikmind Holdings Limited ("Unikmind") that Unikmind has re-domiciled from the British Virgin Islands to the Isle of Man.
Unikmind's holding in the Company remains unchanged, with an interest in 103,500,002 shares, equivalent to 72.77% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.
