On 29 October 2020, Kape announced that as part of the Fundraise, Ido Erlichman, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, had subscribed for 40,000 Placing Shares. However, Mr Erlichman's holding following Admission was incorrectly stated. Mr Erlichman will in fact hold a beneficial interest of 40,000 Ordinary Shares following Admission, representing approximately 0.02% of the enlarged total voting rights of the Company and 1,600,000 options.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the announcement of 29 October 2020 released at 7.00 a.m. entitled 'Result of Placing and Retail Offer'.
