Director/PDMR Dealings & Exercise of Options
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, announces the following dealings and exercise of options by PDMRs and certain senior members of staff of Kape. Ido Erlichman, Chief Executive Officer, sold 650,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), Oded Baskind, Chief Financial Officer designate, sold 55,857 Ordinary Shares, Ran Greenberg sold 1,026,829 Ordinary Shares & Ariel Hochstadt sold 168,000 Ordinary Shares, each at 400 pence per share.
In conjunction with his sale of shares, Oded Baskind has exercised a total of 12,500 options over Ordinary Shares. Certain members of staff at Kape also exercised a further 1,200,000 options over Ordinary Shares.
Total Voting Rights
Following the exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 359,512,186 Ordinary Shares of which the Company holds 8,450,154 Ordinary Shares in treasury, the voting rights to which have been waived. The total number of voting rights in Kape will be 351,062,032 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
