Conversion of shares into limited voting ordinary shares

Due to recent changes in the ownership of the ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") and to ensure that no more than 50 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares are held by US residents, a number of US resident shareholders of the Company voluntarily submitted notices to the Company (the "Conversion Notices") requesting the conversion of some of their Ordinary Shares into limited voting ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("LVOS").

The redesignation as LVOS of the Ordinary Shares to which the Conversion Notices relate took place yesterday, as a result of which just under 46 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue are now held by US residents. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue has decreased from 43,213,133 to 36,319,238 as a result of the redesignation.

As at 24 August 2011, the Company understands that the following are substantial holders of Ordinary Shares and LVOS in the Company:
