Further to the announcement made by the Company on 23 May 2016, the Company's 2016 Zero Dividend Preference Shares ("2016 ZDP Shares") admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange plc have been redeemed on 22 June 2016. The admission to and trading of the 2016 ZDP Shares has been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 22 June 2016.
