Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")
Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 5 March 2024 that on 5 March 2024:
· Caitriona Egan, wife of Peter Egan, Chief Executive Officer, and, therefore, a PCA with Peter Egan, acquired 65,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 136.9077 pence per share; and
· Peter Egan had transferred 376,0000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to his wife, Caitriona Egan and, therefore, a PCA with Peter Egan, for nil consideration,
(the "Transactions").
As a result of these Transactions, the total beneficial interest of Peter Egan and his PCA, Caitriona Egan, in the Company's issued share capital has increased to 449,061 ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
