Non-Executive Director Changes

Johnson Service Group PLC (the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas (Nick) Mark Gregg to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2016.

Nick, aged 52, is currently the Managing Director of the Local Government division of Ferrovial-owned public services business Amey. Having joined Amey in 2011, Nick is focused on delivering innovative and cost effective solutions for customers and the general public.

Nick's considerable experience in b2b service industries will be a great asset to the Board, having previously been at Biffa Waste Services, where he was Managing Director of the Collections Division, and prior to that, Managing Director of ATS Euromaster (Michelin), one of the UK's largest tyre service and distribution companies.  Nick's early career was spent at Mobil Oil Company, where he joined as a graduate and progressed via the fast track management process through sales, marketing and operations as well as key project roles in finance and IT. He left as Managing Director of the UK business.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, set out in the appendix below are those companies for which Nick Gregg has been a Director in the last five years. The Group confirms that there are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies with respect to Nick Gregg.

Michael Del Mar has announced his intention to retire from his position as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting. Michael, who is currently the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, joined the Board in 2004 and we would like to thank him for his considerable contribution and loyalty to the Group over the last 12 years.

It is intended that Bill Shannon will take up the role of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Nick Gregg will be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
