RESULTS OF THE 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
13 July 2017
Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today in London, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the Ordinary Resolutions put to shareholders were passed. The following Special Business was also passed which:
i.) allows the Company to allot new shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £279,722 representing approximately 5% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital as at the date of the passing of the resolution;
ii.) allows the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the allotment of new shares; and
iii.) allows the Company to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of the Company's ordinary share capital as at the date of the passing of the resolution.
