Result of EGM

JLEN Environmental Assets Group Limited ("JLEN" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held at 10:00 a.m. today, 8 March 2021, all resolutions proposed at the EGM were duly passed without amendment.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.18.

 *A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes "for" or "against" the Resolution.

The full wording of the resolutions can be found below:-

ORDINARY RESOLUTION

1. THAT the Company adopts the proposed changes to its investment policy, as set out in the circular to Shareholders dated 16 February 2021.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION:

2. THAT the articles of incorporation of the Company in the form as referred to in the circular to Shareholders dated 16 February 2021 and produced to the meeting and initialled by the Chairman of the meeting for the purpose of identification, be adopted in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the Company's existing articles of incorporation.

with capitalised terms in the resolutions having the meaning given to them in the circular published by the Company on 16 February 2021.
