Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash and stock offer for Clipper Logistics (UK, constituent) by GXO Logistics (USA, non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
Clipper Logistics (UK, BMMV6B7) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.
JLEN Environmental Assets Group (UK, BJL5FH8) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index.
All changes effective from 24 May 2022.
