Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Board of JLEN announces that on 13 September 2024 the Company purchased for treasury 227,954 ordinary shares of 1p each, at a price of 95.6p per share.
Following the transaction, JLEN's issued share capital comprises:
657,646,140 shares (excluding treasury shares)
3,885,089 shares held in treasury
661,531,229 shares (including treasury shares)
Following this transaction, the Company has 657,646,140 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. The above figure (657,646,140) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

About JLEN
JLEN's investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Environmental Infrastructure. Environmental Infrastructure is defined by the Company as infrastructure assets, projects and asset-backed businesses that utilise natural or waste resources or support more environmentally friendly approaches to economic activity, support the transition to a low carbon economy or which mitigate the effects of climate change. JLEN's aim is to provide investors with a sustainable, progressive dividend per share, paid quarterly and to preserve the capital value of the portfolio over the long term on a real basis. The target dividend for the year to 31 March 2025 is 7.80 pence per share¹. The dividend is payable quarterly.
