Executive Board Appointment

James Halstead plc, the commercial flooring manufacturer and distributor based in Manchester, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eberhard Lotz to the Board as Director of European Operations with immediate effect.

Eberhard Klaus Lotz, 67, joins the Board with a wealth of experience in the commercial flooring marketplace having founded and until this appointment spearheaded James Halstead's German based subsidiary, Objectflor, over the last decade. Prior to this Mr Lotz held senior roles within the industry including Deutsche Linoleum Werk (DLW AG), and Belgium's Imperial Tufting Company (ITC SA).

During the last five years Mr Lotz has been, but is not currently, a director of Objectflor Art und Design Belags GmbH and Karndean International GmbH, both of which are subsidiaries of James Halstead plc. 

There are no additional disclosure requirements for Eberhard Lotz in relation to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
