ExecutiveΒ Board Appointment
James HalsteadΒ plc, the commercial flooring manufacturer and distributor based inΒ Manchester,Β is pleased to announce the appointment of Eberhard Lotz to the Board as Director of European OperationsΒ with immediate effect.
EberhardΒ KlausΒ Lotz, 67, joins the Board with a wealth of experience in the commercialΒ flooring marketplace having founded and until this appointment spearheadedΒ JamesΒ Halstead's German based subsidiary, Objectflor,Β over the lastΒ decade. Prior to this Mr LotzΒ held senior roles within the industry includingΒ DeutscheΒ Linoleum Werk (DLWΒ AG), and Belgium's Imperial Tufting Company (ITCΒ SA).
During theΒ last five yearsΒ MrΒ LotzΒ has been,Β but is not currently,Β a director of Objectflor Art und Design Belags GmbH and Karndean International GmbH, both of which are subsidiaries of James Halstead plc.Β
There are no additional disclosure requirements for Eberhard Lotz in relation to paragraph (g) ofΒ Schedule TwoΒ of the AIMΒ Rules.
