Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (the "Company") advises that:

As at 30 June 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 212,121,200 ordinary shares of EUR 0.04 each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 212,121,200. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
