The Company announces that it was informed on 28 July 2009 that Mr. Ralph Elman, a director of the Company, purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 102p per share on 28 July 2009. He therefore has a beneficial interest in 75,791 Ordinary Shares representing 1.88% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and total voting rights. He also holds 208,333 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 4.17% of the issued share capital of that class.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 4,037,678 Ordinary Shares and 5,000,000 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury.
