Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Alexander Hambro, Non-Executive Chairman, on 25th September sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8,925 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction his beneficial holding is now 47,500 shares representing approximately 0.72% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
