The CompanyĀ announces thatĀ it was informed on 28 July 2009 thatĀ Mr.Ā Ralph Elman, a director of the Company,Ā purchasedĀ 30,000Ā Ordinary SharesĀ of 5p each in the CompanyĀ ("Ordinary Shares")Ā atĀ 102pĀ per shareĀ on 28Ā July 2009. He therefore has a beneficial interest inĀ 75,791Ā Ordinary Shares representingĀ 1.88%Ā of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital and total voting rights. He also holdsĀ 208,333Ā Convertible Redeemable SharesĀ of 1p eachĀ in the Company, representingĀ 4.17% of the issuedĀ shareĀ capital of that class.
The current issued share capital of the Company is 4,037,678 Ordinary Shares and 5,000,000 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each,Ā none of which are held in treasury.Ā
