Notification of Transaction of a Director

Notification made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4 R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 24 June 2016 by Peter Cowgill (Executive Chairman) that he had acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence each in the Company on 24 June 2016 at a price of £11.56 per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Peter Cowgill has an interest in 1,676,052 shares, representing 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
