John David Group (The) PLC03 June 2005 Friday 3 June 2005 The John David Group plc Board Changes Following the announcement on 1 June 2005 by Manchester Square EnterprisesLimited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pentland Group Plc, that its offer for TheJohn David Group plc ("JD" or "the Company") is now unconditional in allrespects, and in line with statements made in the offer document issued on 11May 2005, JD can confirm it has received notice of and accepted the resignationof John Wardle and David Makin as non-executive Directors of the Company.
