JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the "Company" or "JARA"), the diversified global infrastructure, transportation and real estate investment company, announces a portfolio update as at 30 June 2024.

Net Asset Value

The Company's unaudited net asset value ('NAV') as at 30 June 2024 is 92.63 pence per share (31 May 2024 NAV: 91.96 pence per share), an increase of 0.7%. The Company's share price as at 30 June 2024 was 76.40 pence and the discount was 17.5%.
