Fee Reduction

JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited ("JARA" or "the Company") has received a notification that one of the underlying strategies that it is invested in has reduced its fees as a result of the strategy reaching a certain threshold of assets under management ("AUM") and so is passing the associated economies of scale onto its investors. JARA is delighted to be able to pass this fee reduction, expected to be valid from 1 January 2022, onto its investors. The benefit of this to JARA's overall management fee is detailed below compared to the most recent fee mix as described in the 2021 annual report.

At JARA's current net assets of c.£206m the fee based on JARA's current strategic asset allocation would be 0.92%. To the extent JARA's allocation differs from its strategic asset allocation this may impact the total fee payable.

This is the third fee cut JARA has seen from its underlying strategies since launch and shows the benefit of being able to invest into private vehicles that provide scale, diversification and lower fees as they reach significant AUM milestones. We view this fee cut as continuing to demonstrate the strength of JARA's ability to access private institutional quality funds at an attractive fee rate.

Company Information - Fee

The total overall management fee payable to JPMAM is the aggregate of the management fee charged by the underlying strategies and the Company level management fee calculated at the rate of 0.05 per cent per annum. but does not include any performance fees charged by the underlying strategies.
