JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that a further $13,810,337 of the Company's committed capital has been called, with a funding date no later than 7th June 2021. This capital is being called by the Asia-Pacific Real Estate Strategy and materially increases the exposure to industrial/ logistics assets within the property allocation whilst further increasing JARA's dividend cover.
The Company has now invested 96%[1] of the total capital raised from proceeds of both the IPO and all subsequent share issuance; the latter portion of capital has been invested significantly faster than the initial proceeds as COVID related disruption has abated.
The Manager continues to see attractive opportunities in real assets across the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Alternatives Platform. The Company will seek to raise further equity as client demand and market opportunities present themselves. Further updates will be provided as material notifications are received by the Company.
