DUNCAN PAINTER TO JOIN ITV BOARD

ITV plc announces that Duncan Painter has joined the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2018.

Duncan is currently and has been Chief Executive Officer of Ascential plc since 2011 and is a Non-Executive Director of Investis Limited.

Previously he was an executive at Sky plc and Global Product Leader at Experian plc following its acquisition of ClarityBlue, a consumer intelligence company which he founded.

Sir Peter Bazalgette, Chairman of ITV plc, said:

"We are extremely delighted that Duncan has agreed to join us on the board of ITV plc. He brings to us a broad range of experience particularly in digital media and consumer intelligence systems and targeted advertising."
