Exercise of Options
ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that it has issued and allotted 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company pursuant to an exercise of share options by a former employee (the "New Shares").
An application for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM will be submitted and trading is expected to commence on or around 14 January 2016.
Following the admission of the New Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 178,100,996 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 178,100,996.
