Director/PDMR Shareholding
ITM Power announces that it has received notification of the following share transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
Dr Simon Bourne, CTO, has exercised options granted in 2018 and 2019 under the ITM Power plc Share Option Plan 2010 and sold certain shares principally to satisfy tax liabilities arising as a result of the exercise, as set out below:
