Completion of Firm Placing
Directors' Dealings
The Company announces that pursuant to the Placing announced on 19 July 2012, 10,000,000 New Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each have been admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00am today ("First Admission").
Following the Placing, resultant interests of the Directors and significant shareholders in the Ordinary Shares of the Company are as follows:

Following First Admission, the Company's issued share capital consists of 121,077,230 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, in accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that the total number of voting rights in the Company is 121,077,230.
