PDMR Dealings - Buy as You Earn Scheme
ITM Power announces purchases and awards of shares by the Executive Directors (Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities or "PDMR"s) under the Company's Buy as You Earn Share Scheme under which employees can buy up to £150 of ordinary shares per month and ITM Power matches the purchase on a one-for-one basis.
The scheme launched in October 2020 with 103 out of 192 eligible employees joining the scheme, a take-up rate of over 50%. The current take-up is 49.5% and the average monthly contribution across all eligible employees is £94.37.
The purchases and awards for PDMRs for May 2021 are as follows:
