ITIS Holdings PLC10 March 2008 CONTRACT WITH MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (MODOT) FOR REAL TIME TRAFFIC INFORMATION We are pleased to announce today that following further evaluation of trafficdata on some key roads in Missouri, a new contract with revised milestones hasnow been signed between Delcan, our partner in America, and MoDOT to enable ITISto supply Statewide real time traffic information. We anticipate that theentire State will be covered by October this year and as we have mentionedbefore, we expect the financial contribution to be modest.
