Under the terms of the contract, ITISreceives a share of the annual subscription paid by the customer for the trafficservice. TomTom has selected its data suppliers through Eurotraffic who appointed ITIS asthe UK partner to deliver fast, reliable and comprehensive traffic information.The new traffic service, as part of TomTom PLUS, will inform TomTom users aboutroad incidents and congestion. The service is completely integrated with TomTomnavigation products offering users a comprehensive overview of the trafficsituation before a journey starts and the option of re-calculating routes tominimize traffic delays as they occur. Eurotraffic is responsible for integrating and delivering the ITIS data as partof a seamless pan European service to TomTom PLUS users.
