Publication of circular and notice of general meeting
The Company announces that itĀ posted a circular to shareholdersĀ on 14 September 2009Ā which includes proposals to change the Company's name to Impax Asset ManagementĀ GroupĀ plc andĀ toĀ permit the Company to purchase its own shares. The change of name is being proposed in order to better reflect the Company's asset management focus and to bring its brand in line with its day to day business activity - that of an asset manager dedicated to the environmental sector.Ā TheĀ Directors believe that it isĀ alsoĀ desirable for the Company to have the ability to buy back its shares.
The circular includes a notice of the general meeting to be held at 11.00 a.m on 30th September 2009 at the offices of the Company, Mezzanine Floor, Pegasus House, 37-43 Sackville Street, London W1S 3EH.
