AGM Presentation

As announced on 19 December 2017, the Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting today. At the meeting, Ian Simm, Chief Executive of Impax, will be giving a presentation. There is no new material information in the presentation save that Impax's second private equity fund, NEF 2, is continuing to realise assets and there is an expectation that the Company will receive between 1.5 million & 2.5 million euros as a consequence of this.
