Director/PDMR Shareholding
Iofina received notification on 18 February 2009 that, following the acquisition of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share, Dr. Christopher Fay now has an interest in 1,080,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
