In accordance with the requirements of the London Stock Exchange Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Giles Frost, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that, he has been appointed as a director of Ashley House plc a company whose shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market.
In addition, the Company announces that Giles Frost has resigned from the Audit Committee.
