Grant of Options
The Company notifies that, on 18 September 2017, it granted a total of 65,000 options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Options") under the Company's EMI share option scheme to Jon Sheffield and Kathryn Layland in order to incentivise delivery of the strategic goals of the business. Details of the grants are set out below:

The Options will vest in three equal tranches on 31 December 2018, 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020, subject to achievement of financial performance targets set by the Board. The exercise price for the Options has been set at £1.56, being the closing mid-market price on the date of grant.
