The Company received notification yesterday that George Lossius, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, yesterday purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares") at a price of 69p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Lossius' shareholding in the Company is 413,107 Shares, representing 4.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
