Change in Notifiable Interest
The Company has been advised that, following the acquisition of the investment activities of Cavendish Asset Management by Stonehage Fleming, that Cavendish Asset Management no longer has a notifiable interest in Immotion Group and that Stonehage Fleming now holds 33,035,010 shares in the Company, representing 8.7% of the Company's share capital, as a result of that transaction.
