Director/PDMR Shareholding
Immotion Group (AIM:IMMO) is pleased to announce further to the announcement of the Placing and Subscription on 19 November 2020, Admission of the New Ordinary Shares took place on 25 November 2020 ("Admission"). As part of the Placing and Subscription, the following Director/PDMR dealings in the shares of the Company took place.
Samuel Higginson, the Group's Marketing Director and person closely associated with Martin Higginson (the Group's CEO) acquired 10,500,000 Ordinary Shares, further details of which are below. Following this purchase Samuel Higginson's total holding is 16,955,740 representing 4.14% of the Group's issued share capital. Following this purchase, the Higginson family holding is 40,982,685, representing 10.01% of the Group's issued share capital.
David Marks, the Finance Director of the Group, acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares, further details of which are below. Following this purchase, David Marks' total holding is 10,267,580 representing 2.51% of the Group's issued share capital.
Rodney Findley, a Director of the Group, acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares, further details of which are below. Following this purchase Rodney Findley's total holding is 10,584,349 representing 2.58% of the Group's issued share capital.
Ian Hetherington, Chairman of Immotion Studios, acquired 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, further details of which are below. Following this purchase Ian Hetherington's total holding is 2,067,493 representing 0.50% of the Group's issued share capital.
