ImmuPharma plc ('ImmuPharma' or the 'Company') (LSE:IMM) announces the purchase of shares by two of its directors:

Dr Franco di Muzio, Non-Executive Director purchased 60,950 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 81 pence per share on 23 January 2012

Dr Ajay Agrawal, Non-Executive Director purchased 62,169 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 80 pence per share on 24 January 2012.
