Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Following the receipt of a notice of exercise of options, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 365,000 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective today. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following the allotment of the new ordinary shares mentioned above and the allotment of the new ordinary shares announced separately today, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 81,091,463 Ordinary Shares of 10p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 81,091,463.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
