Additional Listing and Total Voting RightsĀ
Following the receipt ofĀ aĀ notice of exercise of options, applicationĀ hasĀ beenĀ made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission ofĀ 365,000Ā new ordinary shares to trading on AIM.Ā TheĀ admission of the new ordinary shares will become effectiveĀ today. The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Following the allotment ofĀ theĀ newĀ ordinaryĀ shares mentioned above and the allotment of the new ordinary shares announced separately today,Ā the Company's issued share capitalĀ will consistĀ ofĀ 81,091,463Ā Ordinary Shares of 10p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the total number of voting rights isĀ 81,091,463.Ā
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for theĀ calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirĀ interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sĀ Disclosure and Transparency Rules.Ā
