General Meeting Results
Ilika plc (AIM: IKA) announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed were duly passed. The first resolution granted the directors authority to allot shares and the second resolution disapplied the pre-emption rights of shareholders.
The full text of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of the Meeting in the Circular published by the Company on 4 April 2012 and on the Company's website - www.ilika.com.
For the Resolutions, which were decided on a show of hands, the following proxy votes were received prior to the meeting:

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 8,909,074 ordinary shares of 1p each with Admission expected to take place on 23 April 2012.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 45,482,433 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights attached to each share. The Company has no shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 45,482,433.
